Are the rugs made to order?
Yes. Your rug is produced in the size selected. Images show digital design renders, rather than photographs of stocked rugs.
What materials are available?
Our textured and geometric designs use hand-tufted wool. Our vintage and abstract designs use power-loomed polypropylene and polyester. Check your chosen product page for its specifications.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free within the United States, with no minimum purchase. Production and handling take 2–3 business days, followed by 3–5 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery is 5–8 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return a rug?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Rugs must meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved returns receive a free prepaid label. There is no restocking fee. Standard made-to-order sizes are eligible.
Can I cancel an order?
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering, provided processing has not begun. Cancellation is complete only after our written confirmation. See our Cancellation Policy.
Can I machine wash the rug?
No. Vacuum with suction only, blot spills promptly, and follow the supplied care label. Consult a professional for deeper cleaning.
Is a rug pad included?
No. A suitable rug pad is recommended to help prevent movement and is not included.
